I found this recipe on Pinterest a while back and thought I would share! I am NOT a fish person by any means, but me and James LOVE this. It is super quick and easy (who doesn't love that?)
I buy the Tilapia at Smith's but I'm sure you can buy it wherever. It comes in bag with 4 individually sealed filets. They have no bones or skin (even better). I throw them in the fridge the day I am ready to use them and they thaw right in their individual wrappers.
We make two at a time and the coating that you put on the fish is enough for 6 I believe? So I throw the rest in a baggy, pop it in my fridge, and have some for the next time.
I recommend spending the extra dough and buying the real lemons to squirt on the fish! It adds a lot. We use one lemon cut in half for the both of us.
